To produce insole, we have various materials for different insole, and you may custom any material depending on your needs.
Top layer: mesh, single jersey, velour, flannel, suede, microfiber, leather, cotton, wool, felt.
Base: EVA, PU foam, memory foam, EVA foam, PU, PU foam, hi-poly, poron, ETPU, GEL, silicone, Zotefoam, sponge, and so on.
Arch support: TPU, TPE, nylon, cork, PP, EVA, carbon steel.
Cushioning pad: Poron, EVA, gel, silicone, latex.
Different materials have different hardness, color, weight, shape, density perforation. All materials can be customized depending on customers’ needs.
