PU Production Line
Capacity: 720,000 pairs monthly
This is an industrial-leading automatic production line with capacity to produce three different colors PU insoles. We have gotten 118pcs molds for PU+ fabric /PU+GEL types production capacity is 12,000 pairs insoles per day if they keeps 8 hours running.
Hot Forming Production Line
Capacity: 1,050,000 pairs monthly
This is our hot forming machines, including single mold and double molds.The production line can be keeping 140pcs molds totally and each one needs 80secs for forming. If the machines keep running like 8 hours per day, the production capacity will be 35,000 pairs per day.
Cooling Forming Production Line
Capacity: 1,500,000 pairs monthly
This is our cool forming machines. The production line can be keeping 56 pcs molds totally and each one needs 80secs for forming. If the machines keep running like 8 hours per day, the production capacity will be 47,600 pairs per day.
