QA & QC
Product quality is the core of FootMaster. FootMaster has strict QA&QC standard and guideline to make sure the quality meets the requirements.
Incoming QC
Incoming QC is the first quality control checkpoint for Footmaster’s products before production.
In order to ensure that the final products meet the customer’s requirement, the QC team will double check the quality of raw material, such as thickness, density, softness, abrasion resistance, etc.
Inprocess QC
During production, our experienced QA team conducts inspections regularly to monitor the entire production process. Not only the products in the production will be inspected, but also the working standard will be checked, such as production regulations, machine operating standard, material placement. Our duty of QC is to make sure you get worry-free, high-quality products.
Final QC
For the final products, we will conduct a comprehensive inspection and test of the product. For example, for orthopedic insoles, we will test the strength of arch support again, and for sports insoles, we will test the shock absorption and elasticity. As well as safety and appearance, the product is only allowed to be packaged after the finished product has passed the inspection.
Outgoing QC
Outgoing QC is the last inspection for products. Shipment inspection generally implements random inspections, and inspections will be carried out according to customer-specific requirements, including inspections of products and packaging. Only finally qualified products can be released for shipment.
